3 Bar Bosch MAP/Boost sensor with built in temperature probe

 
Direct fit replacement upgrade for the Astra G & H Turbo's and Corsa D VxR. Allows you to safely run upto 2 Bar (29.4 Psi) of boost pressure (3 Bar absolute).

Will require your ecu's sensor input to be re-scaled to suit (You'll need a re-map), we can offer this service for an additional charge.
 

Features a built in fast acting temperature probe, sensor is designed specifically for turbo applications.

We can source the plug and pins for this if you wished to utilise one in a standalone ECU application, and we can also supply 4 bar versions (3 bar boost).

Turbosmart Shortie Kompact Series valves have been specifically designed to suit BorgWarner EFR and KKK turbos. They also fit the popular Ford Ecoboost engines.

Unlike the standard, plastic valves that use un-reinforced diaphragms and are known to crack under increased boost,  the new BW/KKK/Ecoboost Kompact valves use O-Ring sealed piston which, coupled with their billet aluminium construction give them over 30PSI boost handling capability.

Designed as a bolt-on replacement of the factory valve on all BorgWarner EFR, KKK and most Ecoboost turbos, the Kompact Shortie Plumb Back provides better boost response and greater boost handling capability. 

Included with each  Kompact Shortie kit is:
Model specific valve, Straight and Banjo Nipples, Mounting screws and Spring clamps.

 

This is for one to fit the K04 fitted to Vauxhall Z20LE* engines.

High quality stainless braided oil feed line with proper ferrule crimped ends for reliability under pressure.

This attaches to the standard oil feed pipe that comes from the back of the block, and has a -4 fitting on the other end to suit -4 adapters which are common on many aftermarket turbo's.

We also stock -4 adapters in both M11x1 and M12x1 threads.

High tensile stud kit with thermal locking nuts

 

 

This is our V2 stud kit version – after years of using the stainless studs and spring washer combo it has been hard to find anything as reliable that we feel confident in selling. A simple stud and nut kit to some but its all the small details that mean your turbo actually stays put on the engine.

Studs – these are a high tensile carbon steel rated for high temperature applications far in excess of what they see in our application . The fitting end of the stud ( the art that goes into the head ) is an extra long version. Often found on the Z20 heads , the first few threads into the head can be poor , even worse if the exhaust manifold has been over torqued – This can often lead to the head needing a heli-coil repair performing – costly but fixable. Having the fitted end of the stud with the extra length allows the stud to pull in on unused thread at the bottom of the hole making them sit solid in the head. Holes that are borderline needing a heli-coil can often be saved with careful use of a tap and these studs.

Nuts – Aero locking type with anti seizure coating - These nuts have been specifically developed for use in the exact application that we are using them for. These will not come loose without the use of a spring washer and will hold the manifold in place until you need to remove it.

 

We also supply some stainless steel flat washers suitable for use in this kit – if you still have the standard type spreader plate on the KO style manifold feel free to use it – its a good idea , the washers included in this kit are for is yours is broken or you are running an upgraded tubular manifold.

This stud kit can be used on all Z20 and z16 series engines (on the z16 engines you will have one spare) When we install them in house we generally install the stud into the head at around 10NM and then torque the manifold on at 20NM using the standard type exhaust manifold gasket.

Internal Wastegate Actuator from Turbosmart, designed to withstand high stresses and temperatures.

Featuring: Billet aluminium construction, Fluoro silicone nomex reinforced diaphragm, stainless steel rod / connecting clevise and locking collar system for spring changes.

With a wide range of adjustment and spring combinations of 3 - 26 PSI available. This actuator provides better turbo response and greater sensitivity handling boost pressures.

 

Combined with the K04 diverter valve, a worthwhile addition prior to any remapping.

 

Actuator supplied with 10PSI spring, please contact if you require a different rated spring.

 

150mm length actuator rod , M6 thread supplied with 2 new nuts 

 

Mounting bracket is not supplied but standard actuator bracket can be easily modified to fit.
