For use with the K04 / K06 style turbos.

The standard turbo oil drain hose has always been a weak link in Z20 engines.

This upgraded hose includes an uprated oil seal that is less prone to leaks and more robust.

Astra K03/K04 Turbo flange- this flange will not fit the corsa VXR K03 

Suitable for welding to 3" TUBE

Laser Cut from 6 mm thick 304 stainless steel , this breather base plate is the ideal start for people interested in making thier own crank breather system

Replacement Front Boost control valve  ( BCS )  for the astra GSI and VXR 

This valve will also work on corsa D engines where there has been a KO4 conversion / a larger turbocharger has been fitted 

Turbo Brace developed for use on Nortech V band manifold - Gen1 GT28 type turbo

A turbo support is always a good idea to take some of the weight off the end of the manifold, meaning a much longer life to the manifold.  

A flexible brace type mount should alwas be used on a turbo system, as it is intensly heated, things tend to expand and contract. Solid type brace systems will only lead to cracking sooner.

This flexible support type brace for the Z20 series engine, running a Nortech V band manifold system (others TBC )  with a first generation Garrett series turbo.  Generally in this frame the compressor housing bolts seem o be imperial sizes so we will send out the apropiate bolt for your kit. 

Attaching to one of the compressor cover bolts at the side of the compressor cover most near the engine block , this brace then utilises one of the engine block RWD engine mount configuation bolts to take the weight of the core,  set up well you should be able to remove your manifold and the turbo more or less stay in place with only the brace and the downpipe.

Not having the weight of the turbo itself hung on the manifold will make a large difference in it's life.

Utilises the same quailty spherical bearing as we use in our suspension parts , full stainless steel hardware package.

For anyone venturing down the Garrett route with a Z20 the oil drain side does not want to be overlooked. This kit is the same as we use in house with high temperature resistant silicone hose and will fit Garrett GT / GTX   28 - 30 - 35 turbos installed on a Z20 Engine.

 Designed for hassle free installation of Garrett turbo to a Z20 engine. 

This kit should hopefully save you the bother of sourcing all necessary parts for fitting. The same as we use in house we have come to find these parts reliable for all Garrett GT / GTX  28 - 30 - 35 Turbos.

Featuring billett CNC machined turbo fitting, temperature resistant silicone hose and a braided oil feed line rated far beyond the turbos oil feed pressure, these among other things ensure you are using the best equipment for your build. 

4 Bar Bosch MAP/Boost sensor with built in temperature probe

Direct fit replacement upgrade for the Astra G & H Turbo's and Corsa D VxR. Allows you to safely run upto 3 Bar (43.51 Psi) of boost pressure (4 Bar absolute).

Will require your ecu's sensor input to be re-scaled to suit (You'll need a re-map), we can offer this service for an additional charge.

Features a built in fast acting temperature probe, sensor is designed specifically for turbo applications.

We can source the plug and pins for this if you wished to utilise one in a standalone ECU application, and we can also supply 3 bar versions (2 bar boost).

500HP service kit - Engine oil - gearbox oil - oil filter and plugs. 

 general service kit for a high power z20 build , more track focused and with a helical type differential.  If your car is more a daily driver then you may want to consider going to the 10-40 version of this kit. If your running more power maybe consider the  15-60W version.
