Z20 Top hat base flange – Stainless Steel

High definition state of the art laser cut flanges 

These have a sleek outer profile to follow the contour of the astra throttle bodies ,

8mm thick so far less prone to warping after welding that much thinner flanges   . 

The bore size of these is suited so that a 2.5" tube will slip inside the flange ,  a weld can then be run around the inside or outside of this to secure the tube . 

These flanges are the exact same ones we use to produce our top hats and charge pipes so feel free to as for any advice on how to assemble , weld or finish this item for best looking results
