Bosch – Z28NET High power Ignition coil – Newer Type

Anyone who own a  Z28/B284l has probably experienced some ignition coil issues right ? 

Its actually an issue that can be very hard to diagnose if the coil fault is intermitant too. 

When we were still using the stock type coils on our development engine we tested through various types of coils before we soon got back to there being some good ones. One's that seemed to last when they were swapped over, when they were all finally swapped out for these bosch coils all the ignition issues went away ! 

These upgrade "112" coils superseed the initial bosch coil that was developed for the HFV6 engine , better output and a more reliable out put when the coil is up to operating temerature. We found these to work exceptionally well with the cooler running denso spark plugs. We ran these coils and a Denso IKH27 sparkplug upto 500HP – beyond that area then a further coil upgrade is recommended.
