Full Supertech double spring kit – complete valve spring arrangement

The other off the shelf spring kit is made to use standard spring platforms and that will not work at all due to the design of the Z16/A16 stem seal – in our kit we have further developed the rest of the parts so they work well.

16 Outer springs

16 inner springs

16 spring retainers

16 spring seats

16 stem seals to suit this kit

Seat pressure - 63lbs @ 34.30mm

Open (lift) pressure - 167lbs @ 10mm

Spring coil bind - 20.00mm

Rate - 10.40lbs/mm

Max lift - 14.00mm

Outer spring outer diameter: 27.50mm

Outer spring inner diameter: 20.00mm

Inner spring outer diameter: 20.00mm

Inner spring inner diameter: 15.20mm

These work well with any of our Catcams billet cams that we have had ground for the Z16 engines
