RnD Droplink Repair Kit 

This kit consists of all you should need to rejuvenate your RnD Droplinks. 

2 x M12 Spherical Bearing Rod End (RH Thread)
2 x M12 Spherical Bearing Rod End (LH Thread)
4 x Rubber Dust Boots for Rod Ends

Through general wear and tear the spherical bearings inside our droplink rod ends will eventually start to fail. Instead of having to replace the whole droplink (which would normally be the case with standard parts) only the rod ends need to be replaced to make your droplinks perform again like new.

 When replacing rod ends it is essential to include a new set of rubber dust boots, as they take a lot of punishment protecting the rod end bearings from the elements, this should ensure you get the most out of your new bearings.

ARP Z16 Flywheel Bolts

ARP Flywheel bolts for Z16, A16 and B16 engines.

These ARP bolts will hold the flywheel in place at higher peak loads and are capable of a minimum 20% increase on clamping load compared to standard GM bolts.

Stronger flywheel bolts are a must for anyone wanting to run bigger power / torque and until now the only readily available option for the Z16, A16 or B16 has been the standard GM bolt. 

After beggining the process of addressing this issue a couple of years ago we now have a solution designed by RnD and manufactured by ARP.

400HP is always a good target in a power sense , having a fuel system that has some extra capacity in it fuelling wise will also do no harm. Beyond the stock power area the VXR Corsa standard injectors are really running too high. We have some a little better at the higher end but some certainly start to get unpredictable beyond this power. Bigger injectors are really the best option , increasing the fuel pressure too much with standard plastic fuel lines is not such a great idea.

The ASNU 330 LPH direct fit pump has proved to far out perform all the other pumps we have used . Running one totally flat we have had near 600 hp one a single unit , more when running a pair.

The Bosch 613 CC injectors are a very reliable unit , these are supplied in un modified form and we have installed hundreds of these without issue . These injectors are a direct fit for the Corsa VXR.

Paired up , these two components pretty much sort your build for 400HP barring filters , if your seeking more power then they will both stretch to a little bit more than the 400. If wanting a lot more than the 400 then its probably time to think about some 1000CCs

This setup can be fitted and mapped to a standard car or a stage 3 car without issue , in preparation for having the right hardware for more power. We can fit these on the day prior to ECU calibration sessions. Fitting labour charge INC VAT is £65

These parts do not necessarily mean you will make more power , if something else is holding you back then these will not mask the issue.

Gripper Multi Plate LSD Unit 
Gripper differential's offer tried and proven quality and performance on both track and road vehicle's and allow for multiple different setups of preload based on preference of use.
 The multi plate differential is a traction enhancing, compact, high quality design that monitors wheel speed across the driven axel, then locks out the driveshafts to maximise traction, this can allow for much faster launches and an increase in conering speed and control.

GBT V Band turbine Inlet clamp

This is the clamp for between the manifold and turbine housing to suit the Owen Developments GBT turbos - It will also fit a Garrett or Tial application too – these are about the best clamps going and its what you will find on our turbo kits.

RnD 1000's  - Based on a Bosch Injector adapted to fit the Z16 / A16 Corsa VxR engine

We have found these injectors to be a very good performance injector, suitable for around the 600HP region when run at a sensible base fuel pressure.  

We have also found that for a large injector these respond very well at small pluse widths, generally idle can be mapped to be stoich without any issues of AFR stability.

They feature a multi hole orifice plate in the end that sprays a very efficiant cloud of fuel rather than a singular jet, this helps you to burn more of the fuel that you inject, giving you less smoke at righer mixtures and more efficiency.

These are a direct fit with regards to electrical connectivity and install, care is needed to make sure they are installed and seated suitably. You will need to rotate the electrical connector to about 90 degrees to clear the cylinder head, but this requires no wiring modification. Basically point them all sideways when fitting, this will make more sense when you come to do it if it doesn't now!
